We collect only the bare minimum information to provide you with our service. We need to figure out basic stuff like your name and other things like the kind of Cannabis you like and your preferred methods of consumption for example. The information SeshBox collects, and how that information is used, depends on how you use our service.

Your personal information

We collect your first and last name so we can identify you and send you addressed correspondance. This is also why we collect the store you work at.
We also collect your CannSell Certificate number and date of birth in order to ensure that you are authorized to work at a legal cannabis store in Ontario.
We will also collect your cell phone number in order to communicate with you via SMS.

Your activity

We collect information about your activity in our service, based on information that you provide to us via various forms on our service and via SMS. The information we collect may include:

• Your personal information
• Your preferences
• Your feedback on specific products

When you use our services to send and receive SMS, we may collect message log information like your phone number, time and date of messages, message contents, routing information, and other relevant messaging data.

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SECURE

We build security into our services to protect your information

All SeshBox products are built with strong security features that continuously protect your information. We work hard to protect you and SeshBox from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold, including:

• We use encryption to keep your data private while it is stored in our systems
• We offer a range of security features, like unique links that expire after a certain period, to help you protect your account
• We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems
• We restrict access to personal information to SeshBox employees, contractors, and agents who need that information to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We always indicate the date the last changes were published. If changes are significant, we’ll provide a more prominent notice.
